| The followings are the functions of the Technical Sub-Committee |
- Provide guidelines to the project in terms of all technical matters
- To approve the draft contract to be signed with the software firm to ensure that the interests of the government in respect of the software are secured.
- To review all the future software releases to be provided by the software firms after contract signing to ensure the security aspects of the system comply with the international standards and that the requirements of the contract have been fulfilled.
- To establish realistic timeline for the implementation of the technical aspects of the project including software releases, data entry etc.
- Approve Terms of Reference for all information and communications technology related consultancies under the project.
- Approve specification of all Software, Equipment and Hardware to be procured under the project for installation in the Service/Data Centres.
- Approve Terms of Reference of all ICT related services (including Data Entry and connectivity) to be procured under the project for setting up of Land Records Management and Information Systems infrastructure.
