| | | The followings are the functions of the Implementation Sub-Committee | - To translate policy directives of the steering committee into implementable steps in accordance with the approved PC-1 and agreements with the World Bank
- To have regular interaction with the World Bank missions during their visits to Lahore
- To approve timelines for all activities of the project
- To approve designs of the public private partnership agreements for the operations of the service centers under the project.
- To approve detailed executive instructions and manuals for reengineered business process under the project
- Approval of Reengineered Business Processes for implementation under the project
- To approve the design of the restructured institutions required for the operations of the infrastructure developed under the project.
- To approve detailed job specifications and career paths of the public sector staff to be hired under the project for the operations of the computerized system
- To provide guidance on the implementation matters to the Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue
